What is UCI?

For efficient distribution and utilization of identifiable resources, UCI is a system to provide a unique code to individual resource and manage those codes or connection standards between different identification schemes.

Syntax, metadata and operation procedure, which are the components of the identification system, are organically linked in the UCI, and the system, in which UCI has been materialized, and the UCI application model, such as DRM utilizing the system, Web service and transaction certification, are regarded as the UCI in a broad sense.
